TSM checked out the 42nd annual Smithsonian Kite Festival today. The wind seemed intermittent, with the sky filled with kites one minute and then empty the next when the wind would die down. We also walked down to the Tidal Basin to check out the cherry blossoms. We’ll post some photos of the cherry blossoms later. We also saw lots of Chi Chis!
